Wendy Morrison Lic.Ac., BSc(hons)

Wendy is the Teignmouth Practice Manager and qualified with a BSc(Hons) degree in Acupuncture in 2007 from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading (affiliated to Kingston University). She has a special interest in food as medicine and is qualified and insured to give dietary recommendations within the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is the Founder and Editor of the seasonal Five Flavours magazine.


Her visit to Hangzhou TCM Hospital, Eastern China, in September 2010 provided her with a wealth of clinical experience. She also regularly attends post-graduate training with Daoist Priest and Chinese Medicine Master Jeffrey Yuen in Ireland.


She is qualified in Five Element, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Classic Chinese Medicine.


Her personal interests include Zen Buddhism, hill walking, ceroc, modern jive and Argentine tango dancing.

Sam Hargreaves Lic.Ac., DipAc.

Sam qualified in acupuncture in 2007 from the Northern College of Acupuncture and has worked in multibed clinics and private practice settings. He co-founded The Acupuncture Works multibed clinic based in Manchester and has extensive experience in running and treating clients in these settings.


Sam has undertaken post-graduate training with some of the worlds leading practitioners including Dr Tan, Bob Flaws and Stephen Birch. He has a focus on relieving symptoms quickly and exploring how stress, emotions and the nervous system impact on the health of the body. He has practiced Daoist Qi Gong, yoga and tantra for over 19 years. He is also trained in the fields of somatic bodywork and breath work.


Sam lives in Devon and is a permaculturist and semi professional musician playing mandolin and percussion in various bands.
